Atex joins Aquila
Toronto, Canada – September 6, 2017 – Aquila, a division of Constellation Software Inc. [TSX:CSU], announced the acquisition of Atex Digital Media (“Atex”), an iconic provider of content management, advertising and commercial software for the global media industry.
Aquila is pleased to welcome the employees and customers of Atex. The business represents our first investment in the media sector and we are excited by the opportunity to build on the new products and services that they have invested in.
