Daniel Lee,.
CEO
Daniel has been with Constellation Software (CSI) since 2006 joining CSI’s head office team shortly after the IPO.
Prior to joining Aquila as CEO in 2021, he has served in a number of CFO and senior executive roles with CSI and its various operating groups. Prior to CSI, Daniel worked at PwC in both their audit and advisory practices.
Daniel is a CPA, CA and holds an Honors BA and Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
Richard Hyun,
SVP Corporate Development
Richard serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing business development globally. Richard has been with Constellation Software (CSI) since 2016.
Prior to joining CSI, Richard held a number of roles in technology business development and strategy.
Richard holds an International Bachelor of Business from Schulich School of Business, York University.
Matt Van Kessel, SVP M&A
Matt serves as Senior Vice President of M&A and has been with Constellation Software (CSI) since 2019. Prior to Aquila, he held M&A roles across various Constellation divisions.
Prior to CSI, Matt worked at PwC in their Corporate Finance practice where he was focused on mid-market M&A.
Matt is a CFA and CPA, CA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business from Western University.
